Side x Side partnered with the Portland Museum of Art to bring our first annual Summer Institute to the PMA!  Hosting 42 Portland elementary educators and 17 area teaching artists for two days, the institute focused on arts integration with Side x Side and the PMA’s Director of Learning and Interpretation. Developing and maintaining an active system of educational programs is a major point of emphasis within the PMA’s mission statement.
