Side x Side builds bridges between schools and community. We foster personal connections with our public school educators, teaching artists, university student interns, and professionals to help students gain a deeper understanding of artistic and academic content. This work provides students with a global perspective and a direct connection to their community.
The foundation of our work is community involvement. We are honored to call these organizations our partners:
In 2018, we established a special partnership with the LilySarahGrace Fund. This relationship is very close to our hearts as this organization was founded in honor of three incredible young girls who all learned differently and loved art. The fund is focused on bringing arts integration into education, and it is an absolute honor to partner with them as we continue to work toward changing the way that teachers teach and students learn, creating a more inclusive and accessible landscape for education.
